Senior Risk Adjustment Analyst at Cambridge

The Senior Analyst is expected to be the subject matter expert in risk adjustment related data and reporting and should represent the department in corporate matters that involve risk adjustment data and reporting. This role is expected to initiate, lead, and support collaboration within the department as well as other areas in the company.

This person may need to supervise department analysts in the performance of daily ad hoc reporting requests and requirements and he/she will be directly responsible for any corporate initiatives requiring risk adjustment input as it related to data and reporting.

Senior Risk Adjustment Analyst Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):

• 4+ years data processing and reporting experience


• SAS Software (or SQL) - intermediate knowledge


• Strong communication skills and ability to lead staff


• Healthcare/Medicaid or risk adjustment related experience a huge plus


• Ability to manipulate large volumes of data using various data bases


• BS degree
