• Serve as a core team member in the creation of designs and application of visual and creative elements to wireframes and websites
• Create highly polished visual designs that leverage and extend established brand standards
• Address complex design challenges including navigation interaction models, data visualization, and adherence to established visual and mobile interface guidelines
• Ensure that design efforts are aligned with the team’s business goals and expectations
• Communicate and "sell" his/her design solutions to teammates, engineers, product managers, partners, etc.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of interaction design and methodology
• Strong conceptual and storytelling ability
• Compelling aesthetic sensibilities and general understanding of layout, typography, and design principles
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and specifications
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator from the current Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of web technologies
• A solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design.
• Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• An understanding of iOS and Android  platforms a plus
• A knowledge of animation, motion design and dynamic interaction skills a plus
• Portfolio required
