- Deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges, including competition, for the business in the subsidiaries and region.
- Drive the dialogue and cross-group alignment between other Sales and Marketing Organizations and Hardware teams.
- Drive Hardware into Pilot programs; engage with customers to move prospect to closure.
- The role will be assigned a specific territory
- Drive Budgeted Revenue for FY13 though Enterprise and Partner Engagement
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities and customers
- Develop solid relationships with the key players in both Voice Partner Community and in Field Partner Sales and UC Partner Marketing Organizations within key Regions
- Participate in Regional Events in an effort to maximize the presence and visibility
- Drive Customer engagements/presentation
- Measured revenue from managed sales pipeline
- Increase share of Hardware business within the given accounts
- Drive YOY Revenue Growth at given accounts
- Increase deal/bid close rate at given accounts
- Increase awareness of products
- Account engagement including (but not limited to) weekly calls, QBRs, trainings, team huddles, floor days etc.

- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or partner management. A successful track record of managing a sales funnel to exceed goal is a must.
- Prefer to have candidates with a solid understanding of the Unified Communications industry
- Candidates must be willing to take on a big challenge with significant growth potential.
- 10-15% travel required.
- BS/BA required; MS / MBA preferred.
