360 Managed Print Specialists are sales consultants that have a designated territory comprised of current and competitive accounts.Their main focus is to identify the best Managed Print Service opportunities in the present account population while also being the catalyst to drive new market share.
Managed Print Services is an invaluable department within ITS that offers clients a consultative approach to manage their current fleet of desktop printers. The primary role of the 360 Managed Print Specialist is to assume a consultative approach with every client, by conducting a 360 Assessment and co-authoring a 360 Solution that optimizes the clients workflow within their office environment.
The 360 Managed Print Specialist works both independently and simultaneously with other Sales Reps, depending on the size and scope of the account.
All consultative and technical training for the 360 Managed Print Services position is provided by ITS.
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue quota expectations
Penetrate present accounts further by conducting value-added quarterly reviews (ie: identify and extend additional Managed Print Service offerings and other products)
Maintain customer database (i.e. Soaring) by recording activity and transactions
Analyze the clients business communication requirements, usage patterns, and workflow
Help ITS clients and prospects achieve better financial results, improve operational efficiencies, and reduce environmental impact
Forecast weekly/monthly objectives and deliver the results
Execute quarterly MPS account reviews with management
Maintain at least a 60:40 business mix (work a minimum of 60% transactions independently)
Execute accurate paperwork for each sales transaction
Demonstrate a commitment to the ITS/Global sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
College degree preferred, but not necessary
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
Valid drivers license and minimal level of auto insurance coverage required
Highly proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written and presentation)
Highly organized; ability to work strategically and smart within the given territory
Ability to work well independently and under pressure
Possess ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex data
Prepare, provide and clearly convey persuasive and diversified information to clients
Self-driven, competitive nature; sense of urgency to get tasks done
Willingness to learn and grow
Can influence, negotiate and gain commitment from clients; doesnt hesitate to ask tough questions
Must be able to travel to customer sites, meetings, company related functions, etc. (with short notice)
Adjust to driving for periods of time on a weekly basis
