ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER at Woburn

Job Description

Our Therapeutic Foster Care office is currently seeking an Assistant Regional Manager. The role of the Assistant Regional Manager is to maintain relationships with DCF and other providers. In addition, the Assistant Regional Manager is responsible, under the direction of the Regional Manager, for the human resources, financial, and operational activities within the assigned Regional office. The Assistant Regional Manager participates in strategic planning and supervises case management activities and provides supervision to Proctor Supervisors and other key staff.

As the Assistant Manager of theMetro Boston area Therapeutic Foster Care office, your responsibilities will include supervising Proctor Supervisors and Case Management activities. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all operational activities and maintain strong working relationships with Department of Children and Families (DCF), Proctor homes and other involved agencies and families.

You will be responsible for writing performance evaluations, holding staff accountable and maintaining the highest clinical standards that are Devereuxs Best Practices.

The Metro office is located in Woburn, MA.

Job Requirements

To qualify, we require our Assistant Regional Manager to:

*Have a BS/BA in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.

*Masters Degree (or enrolled in a Masters program).

*Have a minimum of two years experience working with children, adolescents and families.

*Have one year ofsupervisory experience and one year of therapeutic foster care experience.

*Knowledge of managed care principles a plus.
