Marketing Manager at Watertown

Job Description

Working closely with the Director of Marketing the Member Experience Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive the customer experience for the company. This will include creating a strategy for the THP member experience, journey mapping the customer experience, segmenting the customer base, and working on prioritizing and coordinating corporate initiatives focusing on improving the member experience. Responsibilities include developing and communicating needs and value propositions for our customers. This individual will be responsible for creation and implementation of an online (web and mobile) marketing strategy that enhances Customer Experience.

Develop internal and customer communication strategies that are proactive, and enhance customer experience. Lead branding and design messaging, tools and programs to drive better customer experiences. Gain direct customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Understand and communicate competitive strategy and/or actions. Additionally, this individual must demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial operation fundamentals and supporting tactics.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. MBA is strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE: Requires 7 10+ years of related marketing (B2C) experience. While Health Care experience is helpful, it is not required. Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Service industry experience preferred. Experience with Customer Experience is also highly preferred. Demonstration of digital strategy creation and implementation is required. Proven ability to work within a matrix organizational structure and act as a respected influencer to accomplish changes within the organization required. Excellent communication (writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, including utilizing MS Powerpoint and Adobe Creative Suite); Demonstrated ability to lead large organizational change, develop cross-functional internal sponsors, inspire trust, build alignment, and influence others to achieve desired member experience outcomes required.
