Classification: Secretary/Admin Asst - ExecCompensation: $14.25 to $16.50 per hour
OfficeTeam is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a medical company in Weymouth. This Administrative Assistant will handle all calendar management, board meeting notes, answer phones and fielding calls for the team. Administrative Assistant must have excellent computer skills and have the ability to make PowerPoint presentations. This Administrative Assistant should have 5-10 years within the office setting and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Medical knowledge is a plus!
