- composing correspondence for internal and external communication; compiling and formatting data and preparing various reports;
- coordinating meetings and travel arrangements;
- managing projects as assigned and performing other administrative duties as required.
- Position will involve interaction with a variety of internal and external contacts, including Directors, Executive Team and other Bank employees.
- Successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires strong attention to detail with thorough follow through,
- Must possess good analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- A minimum of 5 years administrative experience supporting executive management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
