Job Description

This position is responsible for the overall functioning and smooth operation of the group homes. As a Program Director your responsibilities will include developing, administrating, and coordinating the group homes.

The duties of this position include:

*Providing a vision for the Group Homes that include respect, honesty, responsibility, fairness, caring and collaboration

*Serving as a model of respect, directness, and collaboration in dealings with clients, families, and staff

*Providing direction, feedback and training

*Developing staff

*Collaboratingeffectively with other departments

*Advocating for the highest quality treatment standards.

Job Requirements

*BAand Mastersdegreein related field

*5 years of related supervisory experience with strong treatment orientation and programmatic development experience
