  • Manages multiple project management teams providing leadership and direction for the management or their projects and programs
  • Responsible for all financial tracking and budgeting of projects and owns programs and projects from business case to implementation.
  • Assigns staff members to project & program management positions
  • Defines standards and oversees the planning, budgeting and management of projects & programs
  • Establishes guidelines and provides support on project & program scope, risks, and issues management
  • Establishes guidelines, reviews and provides feedback on project & program status
  • Establishes & maintains contact and intercedes where necessary with sponsors and management concerning projects and programs
  • Guides and supports project and program managers delivery of on-time and on-budget projects and programs
  • Can also serve as project or program manager for specific projects & programs
  • Recognized thought leader on project & program management
  • Guides project & program managers in clearly communicating both verbally and in written format
  • Persuades and influences colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Anticipates critical issues and risks and takes responsibilities for resolution across the organization

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing people, projects and deliverables
  • Well-rounded business acumen with affinity toward productivity and process Improvement
  • Accomplished manager of teams with prior experience in development and motivation of staff
  • Proven Program Management and resources capabilities
