Basic Qualifications

MANAGE YOUR OWN OPERATION - THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER

  • A minimum of six years of Supervisory experience at another manufacturing or service operation is required. Fleet management and field service management provide good experience as well as shop service management.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for service, sales and marketing, leadership, financials, technical problem-solving, and business operation.
  • Computer skills are a vital skill set, with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Mechanical aptitude is required.
  • Up to 50% local travel required; 5% non-local travel.
  • Four-year degree is preferred. High School or GED required.

  • Lead service team composed of Administrative, Supervisory, Material, Service, Technical, and Sales Associates.
  • Reinforce National Service based processes.
  • Perform Managerial responsibilities such as planning, organizing and budgeting, revenue and expense.
  • Ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.

Familiarity with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to Area Service Manager.
