Product Manager, ALD/CVD OEMs at Haverhill

Job Description



Manage the strategic direction and vision of the Hitech products at OEM(Original Equipment Makers) globally, and drive sales revenue through marketing and sales promotions. Coordinate closely with OEM Business Manager to ensure accurate revenue budget forecasting, in order to achieve sales and profits at or above market levels. Manage the selection process for innovative products, and coordinate activities related to launching new and existing products to meet market needs. Develop promotional plans by analyzing market data, chemical literature, product requests, and customer service information. Grow market share by managing and implementing marketing campaigns, as well as other promotional activities in a timely manner. Create technical and promotional materials in conjunction with the sales force and current divisional or brand initiatives. Support team efforts as assigned in order to meet department, business unit, and company objectives.

Set schedules, in conjunction with Purchasing, Market Segmentation Management, R&D, Production, Quality Control, and Management for product introduction and promotional activitiesSuggest new product approaches for product line(s) utilizing technical reviews, competitor analysis, customer and sales surveysContact OEM Customer regarding new product directions and product performanceIdentify new, innovative products, and consult with internal technical and business experts in order to develop a go to market strategyCoordinate production and dissemination of promotional materials as part of brand, divisional, and corporate initiativesCommunicate product line information and timelines to technical services and sales managers worldwideAssess product or product line competition, update pricing matrices, review and recommend product pricing in all geographic markets and currencies (delegate as necessary)Conduct competitor landscape analysis and yearly overall pricing review.Provide input to organizations on product life cycle new product ideas, deletion of existing products.

Job Requirements

3+ years experience in the silicon semiconductor industry as either a supplier to or maker of semiconductor chips 3+ years experience in marketing, tactical marketing, sales or some combination thereof. Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence colleagues and peers to achieve goalsDemonstrated and evaluated pubic speaking ability with a focus on sales training and/or marketing presentations (face to face and webX)Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English essential, other languages would be a distinct advantageAbility to work with multi-national sales, marketing, R&D and operational professionalsComputer literate, able to learn and/or use MS Word, Excel, and SIAL business systems
