We are recruiting for an outstanding, high profile financial leadership position within a division of our Fortune 100 client.
This impact role will be responsible for:
- Driving the performance of the business.
- Creating and implementing an effective management process that will engage across the enterprise and monitor results.
- Participating in the formation of financial and performance objectives with the SMT and driving those plans to execution.
- Overseeing FP&A and adding value on both short term budgeting matters, and long term strategic financial planning, business case modeling, and strategic business planning.
- Overseeing the effective operations of various accounting and financial areas.
Job Requirements
Competency Model:
- You must have at least 10 years of successful financial and accounting experience.
- You will be comfortable and have documented success with creating or improving business processes.
- You will fit naturally into senior business relationships and have the communication skills to interface with c-suite leaders.
- You will be a disciplined, hard working professional with a stable and successful career to date.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CPA preferred.
