Sanofi has core strengths in healthcare, with 7 growth platforms: diabetes solutions, human vaccines, innovative drugs, consumer healthcare, emerging markets, animal health and the new Genzyme.Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant - Business Strategy and DevelopmentReporting to the Chief Strategic Officer, the Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative and coordination support of up to 3 senior individuals for Strategy and Business Development for Sanofi. The successful candidate must be customer-oriented and personable; have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also demonstrate past ability to relate to individuals of different cultures, developing rapport and empathy. French fluency would be helpful as this individual will be working with an administrative counterpart in France.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinating internal and external meetings involving logistics management and hosting (certain meetings may require travel)Hosting external visitors to ensure a positive Sanofi experiencePreparing correspondence, reports, presentations, tables, and analysesServing as a liaison between Paris and CambridgeAssisting in special projects as assignedAdministrative responsibilities including but not limited to:Providing administrative support requiring knowledge of department and business unit functionsGenerating and managing financial processes including project budgets, expense reports and check requestsManaging department communication for manager(s) including mail, email, and calendarMaking complex domestic and international travel arrangementsExercising discretion in handling of confidential material and informationProviding clerical support including filing, faxing, copying, data entry, etc.Ensuring department supply needs are met

Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors DegreeA minimum of 5 years administrative experience using MS Office products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:French speaking ability.M*
