Sr. C# .NET 4.0/4.5 Developer (ASP.NET/ADO.NET) at Andover

Job Description

Involved in Complete Software Development Life Cycle.
Responsible for gathering new requirements, changing requests and analyzing the requirements given by the customers/clients. (Note: Involved in requirement analysis from business owners/users and designing application components)
Design and develop web-based workflow application using ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server 2008/2012.
Design and develop packages, stored procedure, configuration files, Tables, views, and functions using SQL Server 2008 / 2012.
3-Tier Application Architecture to ensure the flexibility and reusability of the application.
Extensive use of Ajax/JQuery to make the application more responsive.
Upgrade Web Application from .NET framework from .NET 1.1 to .NET 4.0 / 4.5
Extensively work with the Telerik third party component to display information with full access to multiple pages facility in a single page structure.
Create technical solutions that meet system requirements
Document architecture and design specifications
Integrate with 3rd party software to capture and present information within the product
Maintain the source code in TFS or other source control system.

Qualifications:

7 Year Experience in the software development field with experience in analysis, design, development, testing and administration of integration, Web Based Application using Microsoft Technologies (Windows Server 2008/2012, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2008/2012)
Expertise in Web Application Development using .NET Framework 1.1/2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5 encompassing ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET Entity Framework.
Experience in working with HTML Controls. Web Custom Controls, Web User Controls and ASP.NET Web Forms.
Knowledge and Expertise in developing multi tier web application using ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, SQL Server 2008/2012, HTML and XML. (Knowledge of .NET, C#, Visual Studio)
Proficient in creating Database components like Tables, Store Procedure, Views, Triggers, SQL Server Jobs, Indexes and writing SQL/T-SQL.
Experience in Source Code management using Visual Source Safe (VSS), Source Gear and Configuration Management.
