Job Description:The Document Control Training Administrator will be responsible for maintaining GXP Training records and files; retrieving documents and files; training data entry for tracking and reporting purposes; metrics reporting; and assisting with answering internal customer requests and inquires. These activities include, but are not limited to: Adding new material to training files, prepare files for audits and create new training files Answering customer inquiries regarding training documentation matters Reviewing and responding to email correspondence and telephone inquires regarding personnel files and verification of information Researching Training Files and Database for requested information Follow through with work related to assignments by checking and confirming, scheduling, coordinating and arranging data, information or activities to complete assignmentsAssisting in verifying all current and previous GXP TrainingGrading training assessmentsEnsuring filing, storage and archiving of training records are managed correctlyPerforming related duties as requiredStage Training Documentation for Audits and InspectionsThese activities will also encompass the following:Adapt to new work requests with general instructions and guidanceExercises independent judgment to optimize some commonplace compliance proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred2 years of progressively responsible experience in office environment performing clerical workHighly proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and AccessSpeak, read and write English fluentlyMust have prior records retention and administrative experienceMust be able to interact positively with all levels of staff and broad base of customersAbility to operate a computer with speed and accuracyAbility to work effectively with interruptionsHighly detail orientedDesired Competencies and Qualifications:Working knowledge of SharePointAdaptable to learning technical computer skills to support administrative activitiesAbility to multitaskAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to demonstrate accountability and integrityEffective interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team settingEducation:High School Diploma, Associates Degree PreferredExperienceMinimum of 0-2 years of GXP Training experienceORLJob Requirements
