Pay Rate: $15/hour
Duration: Immediately end of year, or possibly January/February
Job Description:
Provides administrative and office support for Manager/Supervisor level positions
Composes correspondence and prepares presentation reports
Receives and screens phone calls and visitors
Maintains office files, documents and procedures
Provides administrative support
Set up an disk-wipe computers
Accounts payable troubleshooting
Calling vendors for invoice reconciliation
Pre-setup for SAP applications
Job Requirements
2 years experience as administrative assistant
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong data integrity
Team Player
Basic PC skills - Microsoft Office (word, excel and powerpoint)
Experience with JDE is preferred
FedEx shipping experience preferred
SAP experience preferred
