Synopsis

Cultural Care Au Pair, the leading au pair agency for American families, is seeking an enthusiastic and effective Online Marketing Coordinator to join the U.S. Marketing team. You will help drive growth of the organization by creating and deploying lead generation and nurturing efforts in the digital space.

The Role

Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a digital marketer who is ambitious, organized and web-savvy to join the U.S. Marketing Team as an Online Marketing Coordinator. You will work closely with the team on a variety of projects including social media, lead generation, email marketing and web content creation. The ideal candidate is passionate about online marketing and has an interest in digital technology. Communication is one of your strengths and you are capable of crafting enticing copy or applying a keen editorial eye to a teammates prose. You are able to work independently, though you are a strong team player with demonstrated skills in organization and coordination. You should be equally comfortable working with strategy, creative elements, numbers and people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint software is required. Bonus points for social media experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WordPress blogs and Google+ as well as for proficiency with HTML.

Job Requirements

• Previous marketing experience, or coursework preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Social media experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• HTML experience is a plus
