Job Description
Web Operations Center Enterprise Problem Manager
Summary of Position/ Responsibilities:
This position requires a highly motivated and multifaceted individual to contribute to and be part of a proactive and client focused GWMT Site Operations group, supporting large financial web sites. Individual must have strong systems analysis skills and technical project management experience working closely with operational support and systems engineering teams. Role will require individual to create and lead operational improvement initiatives, specifically focused on problem management and technical support.

Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years experience working as a Lead on a Problem Management team.
Fundamental knowledge of ITIL required, along with ITIL V2, V3 certifications.
* Must have a solid understanding of fundamental IT components that exist in an enterprise environment including Windows/UNIX servers, clusters, database fundamentals, understanding of SQL, basic understanding of network components such as firewalls,switches,routers. Storage components.
Must have the ability to work in a highly visible, fast paced environment with minimal supervision and major responsibility.
Must be highly motivated self starter, willing to tackle challenges and solve problems and deliver solutions in a professional manner.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and management in an investment technology organization
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including communications to senior leaders in the business and technology organizations
Ability to understand a complex systems environment and communicate technology direction appropriately to multiple audiences
Excellent facilitation skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to balance priorities in a results-oriented environment
