Five Star Quality Care, Inc. is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to support the Corporate Legal Department. 20-25 hours/week. Primary responsibilities to include:

• General office support
• Correspondence, filing, scanning, organization
• Assistance with online and paper tracking of licensing and contract files
• Special projects
• Possible paralegal assignments, including research, preparation of corporate minute books, assistance with licensing applications

Job Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a corporate administrative role, preferably in the health care industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to complete multiple projects within tight deadlines; ability to work in face paced collegial environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office a must)
• Ability to maintain and handle sensitive, confidential information.
