TSG-I

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a senior member of the Contracts Administration Team who will support multiple Business Lines within QNA Technology Solutions Group in the administration of contracts and subcontracts (incoming).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the management of the contracts/subcontracts review, acceptance and administration. Conducts a review of a customer contract for comparison against the QNA TSG proposal and recommends contract/subcontract for acceptance when all issues are resolved in coordination with the appropriate Business Line responsible party. Reviews terms and conditions, including proper FAR/DFAR inclusion (when required). Works closely with the Director of Contracts to resolve terms and conditions issues/assess risk factors and determine acceptance of the contract by QNA TSG. Conducts contract negotiation of routine contracts and subcontracts for both Government and private industry customers. Participates during the proposal stage to gain a full understanding of the program requirements and potential. Will be fully responsible for the management and administration of 20-50 contracts/delivery orders/subcontracts ranging in value from $25K to $100 million with durations from six months to six years. Manages/administers the contract from its initial proposal to pre-award phase through delivery to finalization of billing/payments via the Costpoint ERP System per QNA policy/procedure. Initiates documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications; and prepares special reports and analyses as required. Monitors company performance by contract for conformance to original proposal/contractual Statement of Work to include timely delivery, compliance with QNA TSG ISO procedures, period of performance and limitation of funds. Reviews and resolves all issues affecting company compliance and working closely with the Legal Department; ensures satisfaction of legal requirements. Participate in contract kick-off meetings as required

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business Management and 7-9 years associated Government contracting experience
