Demand Planner
North Andover MA
1 Year Contract
Extremely knowledgeable and skilled in demand and inventory planning. Up to date on forecasting and inventory management theory to fully understand best practices in the industry.
Liaise with and facilitate two-way communication between the project team and the demand and inventory planning teams in the business.
- Act as strong ERP/SAP advocate in every encounter with employees outside of the project team
- Plan specific action plans against “gaps" to appropriately educate, create buy-in, and smooth transition efforts with regional business teams
- Lead interactive integrated process workshops to educate the organization about the system and business process changes
- Lead and participate in the transition planning process for demand and inventory planning
- Provide bi-weekly updates to senior leadership/sponsors on progress
- Deliver monthly communications messages to their organizations in parallel with their organization’s key stakeholders
- Provide feedback on transition plan by regularly assessing the effectiveness of project and transition team communications efforts from front-line team members on a monthly basis
Job Requirements
Knowledge and experience with ERP/SAPBS Degree in Appropriate Field.
