Job Description

Provide high-quality asset allocation, account management and retirement planning advice to ING Institutional Plan Services Participants
Maintain contemporary knowledge on all topics connected to retirement planning (regulations, strategies, products, taxation, tools, etc.)
Provide information related to plan provisions (investment options, withdrawal options, procedures, taxation, etc.)
Occasionally initiate outbound contact with participants, prospects and clients requiring follow-up service
Occasionally travel to clients on-site facilities to conduct Managed Account and Investment Advisory Service sessions
Maintain extremely ethical standards of conduct at all times

Job Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of financial industry, investment products, financial planning and retirement planning concepts
FINRA Series 6 and 65 licenses required, plus 63 preferred
Successful completion of Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor programs from the College for Financial Planning preferred
Successful completion of Advisor training and test call process
