Job Description

The STARS Cost Schedule & Control Analyst I is responsible for working within the STARS finance team and with the Program Management Office. The assignment will include aiding in EVMS, EACs, proposals, financial analysis, variance analysis, customer support, internal program reviews and Program Surveillance support of the STARS program. This position requires a dedicated individual who is willing to become involved in and learn all financial aspects of STARS. Follow established standards regarding Raytheon financial policies and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Support proposal generation and work to fulfill goals as a team player.

Required Skills:

0-2 years offinance experience

Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task and set priorities

Complete work within deadlines

Microsoft Office proficient

Desired Skills:

Experience with SAP, Proposal preparation and EVM or a willingness to learn all

Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
