Finance Manager - Controlling and Reporting at Rockland

This position is a hybrid controlling and reporting role. Business partner to Global Franchise functions located in the United States which includes developing financial plans, implement and maintain policies . Ensure financial information for Global franchise functions is accurately reported in the US financials. Integral part of US reporting team supporting internal analysis of financial statements. Support US tax transfer pricing activities from a finance aspect. Interactions with business partners, local finance & controlling, Pharma controlling, Shared Service center and tax.

Responsibilities include:

• Business partner to 5 Global franchise functions located in the US. Includes responsibilities of financial plan for internal structure, approve any external purchases and provide reporting to business on a monthly basis.


• Support Pharma division controllers and business in adhoc requests to assist in Global franchise analysis as it relates to the US.


• Prepare monthly global function reporting to corporate.


• Analyze and provide reporting monthly for the US legal entity P&L by various functions for Pharma business.


• Support annual budget process for entire Pharma business which include analysis of data and developing reports for management to review.


• Liason with controlling team and Shared Service center on ERP master data maintenance and creation when organizational changes occur.


• Reconcile various systems for budget submission.


• Support US tax transfer pricing strategy by ensuring billing to affiliates is done properly.


• Support US tax transfer pricing strategy in TP calculations.


• Support US Pharma capital expenditure reporting.


• Support the daily sales flash to executive management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in finance or accounting.


• Masters is a plus.


• CPA is a plus.


• Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Job experience:

• 7-10 years experience in a combination of internal reporting and business partnering experience.


• Cube environment experience is required.


• TM1 experience is preferred.


• SAP experience is preferred.
