The Growing Room Child Development Center invite you to join our management team as a Director of a new beautiful, state of the art preschool in Berlin, Massachusetts.
We are searching for someone who has completed a four year collegedegree in Early Childhood Education or Family and Child Studies, is Director II qualified or able to become Director II qualified, and has at least 2years experience in the management of a high quality child care or preschool.
This position requires:
A strong foundation of leadership and experience that inspires trust among our families, children and staff.
A warm, loving, quick paced environment filled with joy each and every day for our families and staff.
The development and management of positive interpersonal relationswith the parents, children and staff.
The ability to ensure the educational standards set forth by Growing Room are met for all children.
Massachusetts Early Education and Care Licensing standards are met at all times, including health and safety and supervision practices.
Successfully work with each staff member on goal setting and accomplishments on an ongoing basis.
Choosing the right staff members and teachers for the school.
Working successfully within a budget for the school.
