  • Provides administrative support toSales organization in Redwood City, CA
  • Prepares Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinates meetings and maintains department schedules
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
  • Prepares and transmits correspondence
  • Receives, screens, routes and/or responds to incoming phone calls
  • Acts as liaison with other departments
  • Coordinates and works on special projects

Job Requirements

Summary of Requirements
  • Five years of administrative/executive secretarial experience
  • Proven to have strong organizational skills, withan acute attention to detail
  • Solid judgmentand analytical/decision-making skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience with travel planning, expense reports, and calendar management
  • Ability to work under a deadline and prioritize time-sensitive projects
  • Experience in a sales/marketing environment preferred
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Undergraduate degree in related field, or equivalent, preferred
