Job Description

Responsibilities: Our client near Taunton, Massachusetts (MA) is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis to support their sales team.The ideal candidate for this role will be able to read & understand contracts, cull information from large databases and compare against pricing books, and analyze the financial impact of this data.Additionally, you would work with the preparation of selected bids, sales contracts, and special offer letters, drafting contract amendments and clauses within contracts. The contractor will work with KPI and trend analysis reports to analyze data.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• Prior experience working with contracts
• Prior experience with financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelors degree, required
