- Determining, obtaining, and providing all related technology costs for CBAs, leads the Technology Risk assessment process, involves required technology resources, and makes project recommendations to Technology Steering Committee. Develops, collects, reviews and maintains all project & change management documentation in accordance with technology best practices i.e., project plans, approved cost benefit analysis, approved scope, risk assessments status, change management protocol, test scripts & issues list.
- Accountable to complete and/or facilitate project on-boarding process and ensures appropriate approval phases are completed to move project forward and responsible for the successful implementation of projects by ensuring that all required elements are appropriately understood, documented and actioned.
- Designing test plans, scenarios and use cases for integration, regression and user acceptance testing while documenting results.
- Managing all data conversion efforts for product implementations, upgrades and acquisition activities.
- Developing and managing solid working relationship with key business stakeholders by effectively communicating project status, issues and associated risk
- Following established Vendor Management Program and Contracting Policy for on-boarding related project vendors
- Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work efforts
- Must have excellent analytical skills with proven ability to comprehend business requirements and translate into functional specification
- Must possess excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills, including; the ability to communicate and gain cooperation with all levels of the organization as well as with vendors
- Flexible approach to adapt to changing deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with some latitude for the exercise of independent sound judgment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of training and experience. A minimum of 3-5 years related project management experience required.
- Experience with FIS Core system (formerly Metavante) and other critical bank applications (Oracle, ADP, Wausau, Intuit, etc.) is a plus.
- Practical solution development life cycle (SDLC) experience is preferred.
- Experience with preparing business requirements documents (BRD), conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, preforming GAP analysis, creating use case diagrams, designing data flow diagrams (DFD), reading entity relationship diagrams (ERD) as well as the following Project required documentation Project plans, Project Charter, issue tracking, assumption documentation and (UAT) user acceptance planning and testing.
