Position Summary:
We are looking for a part time Recruiter. The candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting our Regional Vice Presidents, Clinic Managers and Corporate department heads in staffing medical and administrative positions nationwide as well as support and management roles in our corporate office. This position will require an in-depth knowledge of position requirements; therefore previous experience in the dialysis or medical industry would be helpful. Candidate must develop and maintain a strong working relationship with hiring managers, be versatile and possess a dedication to excellent customer service.
Position Responsibility:
- Ability to work with and recruit for a diverse work force.
- Assisting with anticipated needs of the organization at the corporate and clinic level, ability to identify staffing needs for new facilities based on clinic growth and patient census.
- Work in partnership with all hiring managers in order to recruit and select top talent for open positions in our facilities as well as the corporate office.
- Coordinate recruiting process from posting open positions through tracking applications and screening candidate resumes. This includes utilization of current advertising channels as well as identification of new advertising and recruiting options and negotiation of new contracts with vendors.
- Evaluate candidate responses and where appropriate conduct initial phone interviews and suggest top candidates to hiring managers.
- Coaching and mentoring hiring managers on appropriate interview techniques and best practices.
- Where appropriate conducting reference checks on qualified candidates and generation of offer letters in accordance with ARA’s policies and procedures.
- Implement and utilize new applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Job Requirements
The position will be 30 hours per week to start and then may increase based on business need.- Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field strongly preferred.
- 2-5 experience in recruiting, Healthcare and or Dialysis experience preferred.
- Experience with high volume, full-cycle recruiting is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal employment regulations.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with online recruiting options required.
