Role and responsibilities:

Manager Specific:

• The Project Controls Specialistwill workwith client systems such as Autoforms, CSS, CASPR, Siterra, FileNet to maintain data integrity for our various projects.
• The candidate will enter Site Data Information from vendors into our systems as well as coordinate vendor data entry so that it is consistent with client requirements.
• Daily monitoring and reporting will be a big part of their duties.
• They will also be required to attend site-by-site calls with our NSB "Turf Vendors" in order to identify data issues and keep track of changes in primary candidates.
• Production of excel based reports comparing candidate, landlord, address, coordinate information will be required.
• Production of PowerPoint slides showing compliance with data integrity targets will be required.
• This candidate will work to support multiple Site Acquisition Managers and must be very organized, detail oriented and able to manage data in excel including v-lookups and creating macros.
