Lead .NET Developer

Title: Lead ASP.NET Developer
Location: Boston, MA
Required Skills: Experience managing the SDLC including task management and build automation preferably with TFS. Must have prior experience leading.

Job Description: The Lead Developer will design and develop enterprise level custom web-based applications, and maintain the current production applications. This individual will lead a team of developers and work closely with the Applications Manager to ensure deadlines are met and solutions are delivered with quality. Typical responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, creating software design documentation, software programming, mentoring the development team, and enforcing best practices and focus on advanced software engineering techniques.

Experience:

• 3+ years of development experience with the .NET platform.
• 5+ years of experience developing applications.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft development products such as Visual Studio .NET 2008 or greater using C#,
• SDLC using Team Foundation Server including task management and build automation is desired
• Proficient in developing web applications using ASP.NET. ASP.NET MVC is desired.
• Strong database design and development experience with 3 years of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or greater.
• Deep knowledge and experience developing web applications screens using jQuery, CSS, and HTML.
• Previous experience leading .NET project(s)
