Responsibilities: A Kforce client is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator - IIS in Lexington, Massachusetts (MA). Join this highly regarded non-profit in the critical role of administering enterprise servers for a high performance content management system.Roles:

• Proactively monitors and maintains the operational integrity of multiple enterprise servers that support business usage of electronic content management applications
• Ensures that routine maintenance is performed by supporting organizations to ensure high-performance, high-availability of the content management infrastructure
• Interacts with the desktop support organization to determine relevant impact and scope of work to the content management infrastructure and participate in the implementation of such projects
• Interacts with the server support organization to determine relevant impact and scope of work to the content management infrastructure and participate in the implementation of such projects
• Participates as the lead member in strategic infrastructure improvement and expansion projects
• Reviews current processes and suggests improvements as needed
• Expands their knowledge of the Documentum platform while providing backup support
• Provides expert analysis and input on server management processes
• Meets with technical staff on projects, technical specifications and deadlines
• Collaborates with Management and Committees on infrastructure opportunities within the IT organization
• Maintains courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients
• Demonstrates an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment
• Demonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards

Job Requirements

Skills:

• Two years Windows Server administration experience
• Experience with IIS and Apache server
• Document Management experience preferred
