Healthcare/Regulatory Attorney at Marlborough

Job Description

An Inside Edge Legal client is seeking an experienced Healthcare/Regulatory Attorney for an immediate opportunity with a client in the Marlborough area.

Our client seesk a regulatory/healthcare attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience (including with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, FDA guidances, PhRMA Code, Prescription Drug Marketing Act and Anti-kickback and False Claims statutes).

Responsibilities will include: supporting the development, marketing and sale of products; review of promotional and advertising materials, sales training materials, internal and external corporate communications; advising on sales, marketing reimbursement, market access, government price reporting, pricing, and non-promotional education.

The attorney will work closely with the Government Pricing/Contracts and Managed Care functions.

This is an immediate contract with long term potential to work with a well established and dynamic group.
