Robert Half Management Resources is looking to hire a permanent Controller within our Salaried Professionals Program. The Controller must have at least 10 years with some Public company experience. The Salaried Professional Services is a division of Robert Half International that offers senior level accounting and finance professionals full time employment as a consultant, who receive full benefits. The unique nature of our Consulting Practice is to offer these Salaried Professionals the job security of a full-time position but the variety of different project work. We currently are focusing our efforts in identifying a strong Controller to join our Salaried Professionals. Job Requirements

Month End Close Process, Consolidations, Financial Reporting, Account Analysis, Variance Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Business Process Improvements, Audit liaison and preparation of Audit Schedules. Must have strong system knowledge and excellent communication skills. MS Excel, US - Cert Public Accountant - CPA a must.
