Job Description:This position is responsible for the primary technical support of senior management and board of directors. Reporting Relationship:This position will report directly to Vice President of Information Technology.Primary Responsibilities: Primary Support for Senior Management; offices of the CEO & COO Primary Support for the Board of Directors Manage domain names and email flow for the Board of Director Storage/Procurement: supplies, equipment and accessories (toner, keyboards, mice, printers, copiers, mobile devices, cell phones, etc.) for executive offices Mobile device management: tracking usage, software/firmware versions for all mobile deviceso Senior Management: CEO & COOo Board of Directors: Maintenance tasks: copier, printer, equipment inspection, etc. Training: applications, audio video Documentation: network and end user (executive) On Call support Remote assistance for facilities & office space management; specifically related to CEO & COO offices or conference rooms Home network monitoring, troubleshooting and support:o CEOo COOo Board of Directors Audio/Video troubleshooting and vendor management Vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of home/remote networks Travel planning: work with EAs to determine when senior management or Board of Directors are traveling and if there are any special instructions, precautions, or voice/data plan changes needed prior to travel Network profile standardization: same settings where they login Vendor & service provider managementSkillset Required: Mobile device procurement, installation, troubleshooting and management; IOS (iPhone & iPad), Blackberry, ActiveSync Project Management MAC support: proficient Office 2010/2013 Windows 7 Wireless technologies Proficient troubleshooting skills Well organized Articulate; well spoken Independent Self-starter**Tremendous work environment, generous salary, 100% company paid health benefits, 401k plan, free breakfast and lunch daily****Contact Ralph Marasa at [Click Here to Email Your Resum] or 508-621-2301
