Train all current and new sales employees on solution selling and strategic selling methodology.

Reinforce all product and systems knowledge required to successfully perform their jobs.

Train/coach sales management staff within a region.

Help reinforce to the field training conducted on sales force automation and CRM trainings

Attend sales appointments and provide coaching/feedback following, to identify where sales skills reinforcement may be required.

Develop and write supplementary training tools.

Other duties may be assigned.

-***Required Travel: 50-70%

Preferred:
*5 years experience in telecommunications. *Successful sales and sales management experience.
*Public speaking skills.

Job Requirements

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
