Customer Service Representative at Andover

Position Summary:

Support customers by answering technical questions and processing orders via phone, fax and internet.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

Provides superior customer service over the telephone to our customer base including, but not limited to, dental offices and dental labs.

Answers incoming phone calls in a professional, timely manner.

Provides technical support on all Straumann products.

Processes orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of two years prior customer service experience required.

Prior dental experience preferred.

Some college preferred.

Prior sales experience a plus.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task effectively.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and/or Lotus Notes.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

General office environment. No special physical demands required.**The hours for these 2 position are 11:30am-8:00pm and 10:30am-7:00pm, respectively.
