Enterprise Sales Specialist

Do you have previous experience in a sales environment?Do you have experience in the Unified Communication Industry?Are you open to 10-15% travel?If you answered “Yes" to all of the above then we want to hear from you!  We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist. We are hiring in the New York or Boston area.  We offer a competitive salary and an opportunity for a yearly 10K bonus  Key responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges, including competition, for the business in the subsidiaries and region.
  • Drive the dialogue and cross-group alignment between other Sales and Marketing Organizations and Hardware teams.
  • Drive Hardware into Pilot programs; engage with customers to move prospect to closure.
  • The role will be assigned a specific territory
  • Drive Budgeted Revenue for FY13 though Enterprise and Partner Engagement
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities and customers
  • Develop solid relationships with the key players in both Voice Partner Community and in Field Partner Sales and UC Partner Marketing Organizations within key Regions
  • Participate in Regional Events in an effort to maximize the presence and visibility
  • Drive Customer engagements/presentation
 Key Metrics
  • Measured revenue from managed sales pipeline
  • Increase share of Hardware business within the given accounts
  • Drive YOY Revenue Growth at given accounts
  • Increase deal/bid close rate at given accounts
  • Increase awareness of products
  • Account engagement including (but not limited to) weekly calls, QBRs, trainings, team huddles, floor days etc.
 Success Criteria:The role requires someone who is passionate about the role that technology will play in the lives of Information Workers: someone who can effectively present and demonstrate technology at an executive level; and someone who can build strong partner relationships to deliver a solution to the customer.Top Success Factors Include:

   RequirementsQualifications
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or partner management.  A successful track record of managing a sales funnel to exceed goal is a must. 
  • Prefer to have candidates with a solid understanding of the Unified Communications industry
  • Candidates must be willing to take on a big challenge with significant growth potential. 
  • 10-15% travel required. 
  • BS/BA required; MS / MBA preferred.
