Job Description

Our Client is a great North End company in the educational space working with universities and colleges on their marketing needs. With offices in the UK, India, Australia and the USA, they employ over 200 staff globally.

The Inside Sales Account Manager is a smart, intelligent person with high-energy and an understanding of how to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess two years of experience in a business-to-business sales position with demonstrated success in reaching measurable performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging and qualifying prospects over the phone
• Driving qualified new sales meetings for the U.S. team
• Cultivating leads from multiple marketing campaigns
• Effectively articulating the value of research program services to prospects
• Managing the sales pipeline
• Respond to requests from customers and prospects for information
• Occasional travel for conferences and trade shows

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years experience in inside sales is required
• Committed to excellence and high standards.
• Skilled at managing priorities and workflow.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically or through other means to individuals and groups.
• Self-motivated with a high energy level, and interest in driving toward a quantitative goal
• A business-oriented, entrepreneurial mind-set that can flexibly respond to new challenges
• Knowledge and experience with the higher education community is a plus
• A bachelors degree

WE ARE OFFERING

Base Salary: 40-45K plus bonus in the 10-20K range, vacation, educational advancement, and a great global work environment.
