Analyst, Digital Analytics at Boston

Overview
Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Digital Analytics team. The Senior Analyst will be involved in all aspects of reporting and analysis of the companys web site and email initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work with internal stakeholders to understand the business needs and define requirements.
Create reports and/or segmented analysis, as appropriate, leveraging data from a variety of tools/sources including both web analytics tools and data warehouse.
Present analysis and recommendations to management.
Collaborate across teams to integrate web data across a variety of channels providing insight into customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Work with technical teams to ensure accurate web analytics implementation.
Understand web data sourced to data warehouse, in support of reporting and analysis.
Communicate digital & analytic best practices.

Requirements:

Requirements

2-4 years in a web or business analytics role.
Ability to thrive in change. Fast, flexible, cooperative work style with ability to reprioritize at a moments notice.
Experience with enterprise web analytics solutions (Adobe Site Catalyst preferred or Google Analytics)
In-depth understanding and ability to write SQL queries
Advanced MS Excel skills required.
Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing (Adobe Test & Target, Google Website Optimizer, Optimizely, etc.) preferred.
Detail oriented, with strong mathematical, analytical and reporting skills.
Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesizing large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings.
Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Considered a plus
Direct marketing and/or Travel industry experience.
Experience with email campaign reporting and analysis.
Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts.
Experience with Tableau or Hyperion Interactive Reporting (Brio) is strongly preferred.
