Job Classification: Contract Billing Specialist A&ETop 3 Required Skills-Deltek Vision - (non-negotiable)-Billings with PMs to support the Boston office-5+ years from an A&E environment Responsibilities-Coordinate with Project Managers pre-bill maintenance, retrieve invoice backup including time sheets and project expenses-Perform all administrative billing functions including filing, mailing and preparing invoices.-Maintain client payment processing systems to ensure timely collection of A/R.-Following through on billing related issues to resolution.-Coordinate discrepancies with project managers, accounting and clients. -Analyze and prepare project financial information to assist Project Managers with ensuring project profitability.
