Quality Control Analyst I at Northborough

Quality Control Analyst I:

Performs inspection, disposition, and release of in-coming raw materials. Performs sampling of raw materials in controlled environments and sends out samples to participating laboratories where applicable. Communicates effectively with Buyer/Planners, Distribution, QA, and end-users to facilitate the receipt, sampling, and release or rejection of raw materials where necessary. Maintains rejected materials program through proper documentation, disposition, and storage of rejected materials. Maintains raw materials, in-process, and finished goods retain storage areas and documentation. All GMP activities must be performed with strict adherence to all applicable SOPs, OJTs, and corporate standards. Responsible for remaining current on all training requirements. Maintains safe, clean, and orderly work areas. Works effectively as an individual and as a member of a team. Communicates in an effective and timely manner with management when issues arise.
Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma.This position requires significant physical labor and the applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Applicant should be willing to learn the operation of Industrial Powered Work Truck (PIT). Prior QC experience preferred. Previous experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred.
