Vinfen is seeking an experienced human services manager to oversee the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a residential program working with adults with acquired/traumatic brain injury. Ensure proper standards and regulations are adhered to as set forth by the funding source. Responsible for the quality and timely completion of all clinical, recordkeeping, and service/support plans and documents for persons served. Although the schedule is listed as traditional work week and hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm), weekend and evening hours may be required. On-Call responsibilities will be required.

Salary is between $40k and $50k, commensurate with experience.

 Requirements

  • Experience working with people with acquired/traumatic brain injuries is required.
  • Masters degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related.
  • A minimum of three years experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which two years have been in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience may be substituted for academic training.
