Software Lead/Manager - C/C++, Windows, Win32, COM, MFC, ATL

What you need for this position:
* 1-2+ years in team leadership
* Strong hands-on experience with C++, MFC, COM, ATL
* Experience working for a small company or in a start-up environment beneficial
* Love mentoring people and love technology
* Self-motivated
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves as needed
* C.S. degree preferred
* C#/ASP.NET are pluses
* Experience with highly scalable client-server applications is also a plus

What youll be doing:
* 50-75% will be managerial/leadership duties (i.e. building the team, overseeing day-to-day activities, making sure projects are done on time and within budget etc.)
* Up to 25-50% could be hands-on development including architecting new features
* Managing 2-4 engineers initially. Overtime, that will increase to about 10, possibly more.
