WTH is looking for an experienced passionate Business Analyst/Project Manager for our IT Solution Design and Delivery team who has the proven ability to excel in an ecommerce focused organization. This team is responsible for scoping, defining, delivering, and communicating software initiatives that support the strategic objectives of the Organization.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Leading project teams to deliver multiple simultaneous projects that could span across several business or technology arenas.
• Responsible for clearly and concisely communicating project details and setting expectations and context across all levels of business and Engineering.
• Lead project initiatives: including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, budget considerations, time and resource estimates, defining the project scope and objectives, and getting business user consent.
• Strong Business Analysis skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements and document and communicate them via business process, use case, and workflow diagrams.
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Work with the training Department to identify and assist in the development of training requirements for the delivery of all system projects to include "train the trainer" requirements and the necessary training materials.
• Provide production support for end users and act as liaison to Development to resolve issues.

Job Requirements

Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a related field
• Proven Ability to exercise independent judgment, effective time-management while balancing concurrent project workloads.
• Possess a proven ability and aptitude to analyze problems thru effective listening to provide solutions in a time sensitive environment.
• Experience critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Previous experience with Agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML
• Strong Decision-making and leadership abilities
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong Business Analysis Skills
• In depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Prior travel related experience a plus
