Job Description


Position: Finance Analyst
Location: Burlington, Massachuetts

The Financial Analyst will provide support to various finance projects, working with the Program Controls and Program Cost Schedulers. Duties include assisting in financial analysis, program planning and controls, earned value reporting, estimate at completion (EACs), generating financial statements, and preparing financial reports.

This is a Finance organization that serves as a critical business partner providing information, analysis, insight, experience and intellect to drive better decision-making and better results. The organization moves information, both formally and informally, proactively throughout the organization to ensure accurate and timely decision making and appropriate disclosure. This position can be a Salary Grade A01 or A02 based upon the candidates qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.

  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Experience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards

    Required Education:
    - Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related discipline. Candidates for this program must receive their Bachelors degree within the last 18 months


    - A grade/level A01 must receive their Bachelors degree within the last 18 months
    - A grade/levelA02 requires a Bachelor degree with additional 2-4years relevant financial experience
