In this role, the Sr. Consultant will work on the development of digital analytics capabilities, processes and best practices. He/She will work across a variety of Epsilon clients and well as with internal sales, account management, creative, programming, and product teams.Primary Duties/Responsibilities include:* Interacts with client services and client end-users as a subject matter expert for Adobe digital analytic tools (Test and Target, Site Catalyst, Insight)* Responsible for developing online business intelligence and reporting solutions that help customers access and analyze data using Adobe products Insight and Site Catalyst* Designs and develops User Acceptance Testing processes* Responsible for translating customer requirements into solutions* Interfaces with vendor contacts* Installation, configuration, customization, and support of Adobe tools for client and Epsilon usage* Understanding of file staging and prep work for refresh process on database(s) related to Adobe tools* Responsible for creating re-useable processes that others can leverage for ongoing analysis* Conduct appropriate testing of reports to ensure quality* Produce and analyze web analytics reports and make recommendations to meet business objectives (e.g. maximize sales and optimize website performance)* Report and analyze performance of online marketing activities (i.e. lead generation, email, and affiliate marketing)* Participate in client and project team meetings to explain and interpret results* Project management of assigned development projectsQualificationsSome skills or experience that the ideal candidate might possess include:* Five plus years in business intelligence, web analytics as a tool end-user* Hands-on experience with Adobe products: Test and Target, Site Catalyst, Insight* Familiarity with Adobe CQ or other Adobe products* Three to five years experience using business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.* 2-4 years of experience in cross-channel marketing, e-commerce or related marketing experience* Experience in cross-channel marketing processes and measurement; includes email, web, and offline direct marketing processes* User support functions* Sales support and demonstrations, answering proposals* Product evaluation and review* Articulating business value gained from technology solutions, whether in presentations, demos or proposals* Excellent analytic and problem solving skills* Deadline focused, detail oriented, well organized and self motivated* Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently* Demonstrated experience with translating business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions* Bachelor’s Degree required.Compensation and BenefitsAlliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).Conditions of EmploymentAll job offers are contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background checks.About UsEpsilon is the industrys leading marketing services firm, with a broad array of data-driven, multichannel marketing solutions that leverage consumer insight to help brands deepen their relationships with customers.
