Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a dynamic Controller for a high profile real estate and hospitality based company located in the Greater Falmouth area. The Controller must possess solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills as well as be able to multi-task effectively.Candidates should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles. The role requires at least eight years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree in accounting or finance. Our client would prefer candidates who have a masters degree in business administration (MBA) or professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA). Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued.The Controller is the sole financial professional for the organization which will include but not be limited to;QuickBooks System & Hotel System Hospitality Accounting a plus but not essential & Internal Controls & Financial ManagementCash Flow management, forecasting and reportingOperational analysis of revenues, profitability, and cash flow.Complete Profit & Loss (and balance sheet) ReportingPerformance AnalysisForecasting Solutions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)Accounts Receivable & Payable ManagementProject AccountingBank reconciliationsMonthly close and accounting functionBudgeting & ForecastingPayroll processingDevelop reports, processes, and intelligent data extractionConstruction Project Management System a plusStrategic Planning.Interested candidates please send resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
