Quality Documentation Specialist Job at Billerica

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Quality Documentation Specialist join our client in Billerica, MA.

Job Responsibilities: - Review and determine compliance of Supplier Documentation.- Review supplied documentation for presence and accuracy against drawings.- Verify Material Certificates for compliance.- Coordinate and maintain Quality Documentation for Customer sales orders.- Ensure that all assigned technical documentation is clear concise polished and organized.- Interface with Suppliers Sourcing Technology and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure product / documentation quality.- Participate in Customer Inspections.- Help support other work cells as needed.- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.- Minimum of two (2) years quality inspection in a manufacturing environment dealing with metals.- Basic computer skills.- Strong analytical skills with the acumen to recognize and address technical and business issues.- Experience multi-tasking performing well under tight time constraints meeting hard deadlines and responding quickly to emergent issues with poise and composure.- A diplomatic and professional approach to business contacts.- Previous experience with MRP systems like Oracle.- Previous use of PMI analyzers.- Knowledge of ASME BPV Codes.
